It's cold and you want something hot. We make a delicious and healthy hot raspberry and ginger jelly, which warms well, nourishes and does not overload the body.

Ingredients:

1. Raspberry - Handful (Natural Aspirin)

2. Ginger powder - a quarter teaspoon (natural flavor enhancer, antiseptic)

3. Water - 3 glasses (live)

4. Date - 5 pcs (useful natural sweetener)

5. Oatmeal - almost a glass full (as a thickener instead of starch)

Preparation

We take high-quality oatmeal, pour it into a blender container, add warm water. Beat for about a minute, strain the oat milk through a strainer into a ladle (the remaining oatmeal can then be used as oatmeal porridge). Heat over high heat, stirring slightly until thickened (it comes quickly).

At this time, grind the pulp of dates and raspberries in a blender (pouring half a glass of water). Let the jelly cool slightly, add the vitamin raspberry mixture to it, add the ginger, mix and you're done. Useful warming jelly in the studio!

In winter, you constantly want something hot, so we periodically make half-raw food dishes (50x50 slightly with heat treatment), but if desired, you can make an absolutely raw hot jelly from the same flax seed on a blender and hot water (or after slightly warm up).
