Good day and delicious weight loss!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a quick PP cake (or even a cake - it all depends on how many servings you need to make).

It cooks quickly, a minimum of food is required and you don't even have to bake anything in the oven.

✅We need the following ingredients for 1 serving:

  • oatmeal (30-35 g dry weight),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 100 g soft cottage cheese or classic yogurt,
  • vanillin, baking powder, cinnamon,
  • sweetener (3-4 sachets or sugar 15g)
  • small apple (70 g - net weight).

✅Cooking.

We will need a blender in which we grind the oatmeal. You do not need to grind the oatmeal, but then you will need to allow time for the oatmeal to swell.

I love it when the oatmeal is ground and doesn't feel on my teeth.

After crushing the oatmeal, add 1 chicken egg, 1 tablespoon of soft cottage cheese (or classic yogurt), a pinch of vanillin, 2 sachets of sahzam, a pinch of baking powder and mix everything.

Rub the apple on a coarse grater, then add it to the resulting dough and mix gently.

Preheat the skillet (I use a non-stick skillet). If you don't trust your frying pan, you can brush it with a drop of olive oil (just a little).

Put the dough in a frying pan, distribute it over the surface and bake under a lid over low heat for several minutes.

Then turn over and fry on the other side for a couple of minutes.

Remove the resulting cake.

Cut the cake into 4 equal parts, which we smear with cream and fold one on top of the other.

If you want to cook in the form of a cake for several servings, then you need to increase the amount of ingredients as many times as you want to bake cakes.

✅ Cream.

Mix the remaining soft cottage cheese (or classic yogurt) with 1-2 sachets of sweetener and a pinch of vanillin.

We coat each piece with cream, laying out the cake one on top of the other.

We also coat the top layer with cream and, if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with apple slices.

Let it brew for a couple of hours. But even without impregnation, you get a delicate and tasty cake, which you can enjoy right away!

Instead of apples, you can use, for example, finely chopped canned peaches, apricots, or a pear and sprinkle with cocoa! It all depends on your tastes and, of course, your mood!
