To make a homemade puff pastry pie with cottage cheese and herbs, take the foods on the list. Defrost the semi-finished dough in advance, you can use the microwave to speed up the process.

If you want sweet baked goods, replace wild garlic with onions for dried fruits, nuts, berries or fresh fruit pieces, exclude pepper and add sugar. The rest of the principle remains the same.
