Everyone who eats meat with pleasure, of course, loves cutlets. They can be prepared in different ways, each housewife has her own proven recipe.

Today I want to invite you to cook all the same cutlets, but only in a slightly more interesting form, such a dish can be put on the festive table, and guests will appreciate it.

Cutlets - but, in this version, they are more likely sausages, according to this recipe they are very juicy, appetizing and quite original. Be sure to try to cook such a dish, I'm sure you will like it!

Cooking ingredients:

Any minced meat - 600 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Flour - 2 tbsp. l
Salt, black pepper - to taste

Getting started cooking ...

We clean and grind a few cloves of garlic (if you don’t like too garlic taste, you can add only 2-3 cloves), break an egg, put a little salt, pepper and rub with a fork.

Pour this mixture into a bowl with minced meat (you can take any: beef, pork or mixed pork and beef), add flour.

Knead until smooth, dense mass. To make the minced meat more homogeneous, we beat off for a while - so the minced meat will become viscous and the sausages will not fall apart during molding and frying. We remove the finished minced meat for about half an hour in the refrigerator.

After half an hour, we begin to form the sausages - you can do this simply with your hands, but my mass constantly sticks to my hands. You can take a tight bag, put minced meat in it, cut off a 1 cm corner and squeeze out the sausages. Or, if there is a plastic bottle (any), we cut off the upper part with a neck, somewhere in 10 cm, put the minced meat inside and squeeze out the sausages with light pressure - as for me this is the most convenient way.

Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and spread the prepared sausages. Fry on all sides for about one and a half to two minutes until golden brown.

While the sausages are fried, peel the vegetables - then rub the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. And then fry in a small amount of oil in a cauldron or any other suitable dish.

Put the fried sausages on the vegetable fry, pour in a little water (50 ml). Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Put the finished sausages on a dish along with fried vegetables and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs - very beautiful and tasty! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
