Cheesecakes prepared by this recipe (1 serving):

- 100 g of 5% curd,
- 1 egg,
- 1 bag sahzama,
- 1 tbsp Whole-wheat flour,
- baking powder and a pinch of vanilla.
Mix all ingredients and bake on low heat non-stick frying pan with a drop of olive oil.
I spread on a pan covered with a lid and spoon. The consistency of watery, his hands are not blind (and more flour do not want to add).

I prepared myself cheesecakes in the evening, ate - in the morning. Such amounts of carbohydrates are best eaten in the 1st half of the day.

I also thought of the syrup, which is on trial ordered with sahzamom. It left it quite a bit.

For dinner at 18 o'clock I ate a herring under a fur coat (instead of mayonnaise - cream 10% + mustard + lemon juice + pepper) - 200g. - 200kkal.

And, horror of horrors!!! pork baked in the oven - 120gr- 320kkal.

Dinner 520 kcal.

Total for the day I got in 1230 kcal.

The rate of deficit bed, but very hearty dinner! It can save me, that had gone to bed late)
