I'm next to you with a recipe for a hot meal with chicken breast.
Here is the truth, so delicious, I have not lost weight, and I think you will too.

Proceed to cooking.
The first step is finely chopped onion and three carrots. We fry them in a nonstick frying pan over a drop of olive oil.
While fried onions and carrots cut into small cubes of chicken breast and add it to the pan. Salt, pepper, add the garlic and fry them dry a little bit.
Adding water somewhere 200 ml, cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
While stewed chicken breast rub the cheese, which is then added to the pan, along with soft cheese and whole-wheat flour. Mix well and over medium heat bring to a boil uncovered! Then diminish the fire to avoid boiling. At the very end add a little garlic and greens for flavor.

- chicken breast of 900 g,
- carrot medium (130 g)
- 90 g of onion,
- cheese (I SVALIA) - 50 g,
- soft cheese jar (I Cottage 5.5%) - 200 g,
- 2 garlic cloves 5 g,
- salt, pepper, garlic, dry taste,
- dill,
- tablespoon flour whole grain wheat with a small gorochkoy (about 20 g).
KBZHU 100 g: K - 100 B - 15.3, F - 3.2, y - 3.3.
