And if you start to study the proposed information on proper nutrition (PP), then you can come to the conclusion that proper nutrition does not exist.

Since some prohibit eating fats, others are against carbohydrates, others have gone through specific products and everything related to flour, milk, sweet fruits, butter, meat - this is not PP for them. And if you read even more, it turns out that whatever product you take is not a PP. What then to eat? By air?

But if we filter out more information, then we come to one main and most important point for losing weight - a calorie deficit.

It no longer requires proof that it is the reduction of the calorie content of the diet and the establishment of a calorie deficit that leads to harmony.

In fact, all methods and systems of weight loss are based on reducing the calorie content of the diet, but veiled these are complex and sometimes strange principles, training systems, with the exception of a huge number products.

Behind each technique is its creator, who, by and large, has a goal - "to sell your product", convincing us that this is the only way we can lose weight.

But the basis is the same - creating a calorie deficit. And why complicate your life, testing your nervous system and willpower for strength, when you can go the most in a simple way and control the calorie content of your diet, which will contain your favorite foods, tasty and satisfying dishes?

Why do you need all these hundreds of weight loss rules when you can focus on the main thing - creating a calorie deficit? And for the health of your body, monitor nutritional balance, controlling not only calorie content, but also BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).

Only by giving up all diets and starting to control the calorie content of my diet did I manage to achieve results and manage to maintain the weight that suits me.

I made a rice pancake with fish for breakfast.

To prepare the pancake, I used 40 g of sour cream 15%, 1 chicken egg, 30 g of whole grain rice flour and a pinch of salt with baking powder.

I fried the dough on a drop of oil (this is less than 2 g, I use an oil spray) on both sides, greased 30 g of curd cheese and laid out 70 g of lightly salted fish. For freshness, I added lettuce leaves.

Breakfast turned out to be 500 kcal. Very satisfying, and how delicious it is.

In a reminder of recipes, cottage cheese buns with apples and an "appetizing" salad with tomatoes and smoked chicken:

As a snack, today I have 400 g of fermented baked milk - 270 kcal.

For lunch I ate potato soup with meatballs. Meatballs were prepared from minced turkey (breast and thigh).

450 g of potato soup with meatballs, bread (40 g), toasted with curd cheese (20 g) and 10 g of sun-dried tomato, which I later ate with tea.

Lunch at 345 kcal.

For dinner, 200 g of turkey cutlets (minced meat: breast and thigh) and 150 g of green beans, stewed with onions and bell peppers (100 g).

Dinner for 415 kcal.

In the evening with tea I ate 3 toffee (15 g) - 60 kcal.

The result of the day is 1590 kcal. B - 98, F - 78, U - 116.
