Ingredients:
Boiled buckwheat - 1 glass
Raw potatoes - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
Prepare all foods. It is better to boil the cereal in salted water in advance, it is desirable that the porridge is from yesterday.
Pour the buckwheat into the bowl of a kitchen blender. Then, at high power, grind it to a state of fine crumbs.
Peel and wash potatoes, dry. Grate it on a medium grater.
Combine potato chips and prepared buckwheat in one container.
Add a little salt to the porridge. Add spices to your liking. Mix everything thoroughly, rubbing the components together.
Form small cutlets from the buckwheat mince. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, lay out the workpieces.
Fry cutlets over low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then, if desired, they can be sent additionally to the oven (180 degrees), literally for 8-10 minutes.
