Cooking them is quite simple and quick, for the recipe you need only two ingredients - buckwheat and potatoes. In the future, you can experiment: add vegetables, various spices, herbs, etc.

Boiled buckwheat - 1 glass

Raw potatoes - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all foods. It is better to boil the cereal in salted water in advance, it is desirable that the porridge is from yesterday.

Pour the buckwheat into the bowl of a kitchen blender. Then, at high power, grind it to a state of fine crumbs.

Peel and wash potatoes, dry. Grate it on a medium grater.
