Salad with crab sticks and rice

Today I suggest you prepare a salad with crab sticks and rice - delicious, simple, and most importantly, affordable and inexpensive! There are quite a lot of recipes for crab salads, and this one also has a right to exist, since the result is excellent. It is distinguished from the beloved and famous version by the addition of hard cheese to the composition, which is important to choose proven and tasty - then the dish will turn out amazing. Any kind of rice can be used, sticks are of high quality.

You can serve salad to the table on your own, adding a few slices of fresh bread. Add light snacks if desired.

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 120 g

Canned corn - 80 g

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Boiled rice - 5 tbsp.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Greens - optional

Prepare all components according to the list.

Boil the rice in advance until tender and cool. Transfer it to any deep bowl.

Open a jar of canned corn, add grains to the salad to the rice.

Remove the crab sticks from the freezer in advance and thaw. If they are chilled, then immediately cut them and put them in a salad bowl.

Wash and dry fresh cucumbers, cut off the ends. Cut vegetables into small cubes and add the slices to a bowl.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse / medium grater. Add cheese shavings to all components.

Season salad mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper. Stir everything.
