To whip up biscuits, take the food listed. The dough can be kneaded in a chopper with a "knife" attachment, or completely by hand. The main thing is to achieve a soft, plastic texture. It is easy to cut cookies of any configuration from such a dough.

If desired, flavor the baked goods: add nuts or raisins, after cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour over with chocolate or icing sugar. A bit of milk tea or fruit drink - a real pleasure. Plus, these simple yet delicious homemade cookies come in handy as a school snack, afternoon snack, on the road or outing.

We transfer the blanks to a baking sheet or into a convenient refractory mold - in one layer, spacious. We bake in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Turn over once to brown on both sides.
