This filling is universal: it can be used for both brass and fried pies. In any case, it turns out very tasty. It is prepared quickly enough, given that eggs can generally be boiled in advance. Chicken egg - 6 pcs.
Green onions - 1 bunch
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To prepare the filling for the pies, we will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. They definitely need to be fresh, so we buy them only in trusted places.
Wash the eggs thoroughly and carefully place them in a small saucepan or stewpan. Fill them with cold water so that it completely covers them, and then send them to the fire.
After boiling, we will reduce the heating and from this moment we will notice 10 minutes. During this time, the eggs are hard-boiled, that is, the yolk and white will be dense, but not rubbery.
Then we transfer them to a container with cold water. This will instantly stop the cooking process and contribute to their rapid cooling.
Then we clean the eggs and put them in the water again, washing off the small particles of the shell.
Using a special metal grate or an ordinary kitchen knife, cut them into cubes of the desired size. Wash a bunch of green onions under running water, dry and chop thinly. Combine prepared foods in one large bowl.
Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed.
