Recently, I cook potatoes this way - it turns out very tasty! We eat such potatoes as a side dish or as an independent dish, for example, with salad or smoked fish. Now I'm cooking from young potatoes - delicious!
Ingredients:
potatoes
garlic
soy sauce
greens
salt
vegetable oil
Peel 6-8 potatoes and cut into slices. If the potatoes are young, then you can not peel them, wash them thoroughly enough. Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes after boiling, then put them in a colander.
Take a baking dish or baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil. Chop 2 cloves of garlic with a knife or pass through a garlic press and mix with 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Put the potatoes in a dish and add the soy sauce with garlic, mix. Add black pepper if desired. If the salt contained in soy sauce is not enough for you, add salt to taste.
Put the potatoes in a mold (or on a baking sheet) and put in the oven. We cook for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Then sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped dill and fresh chopped garlic (1 clove) and serve. By the way, potatoes can also be cooked in a pan. We do all the same, only fry instead of the oven. It turns out very tasty too! Bon appetit my dears!
