My channel, first of all, is my experience of losing weight, as well as the menu for the day and recipes for dishes with the calculated KBZhU.

Without further ado, I would like to propose a juicy, delicious substitute for sausage - homemade pastroma.

Pastroma can be made from either turkey breast or chicken breast.

Cooking.

The first step is to prepare the breast.

I have a turkey breast weighing 860 g - I put it in a deep bowl and pour cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt.

I will leave the breast in the fridge in salted water overnight or a little longer (use your free time to guide you when it’s more convenient to continue cooking).

We take out the breast, soak it from excess moisture and rub generously with seasonings. The seasoning options will only depend on your taste.

This time I used black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, hops-suneli, dry garlic, Mexican mixture.

We spread the breast on a baking sheet (I covered it with foil) and without covering the breast with anything, send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 17-20 minutes (this is for a breast weighing 860 g).

I send medium chicken breast for 10-12 minutes.

After the specified time has elapsed, turn off the oven and leave the breast in the oven until it cools completely.

That's all! Pastroma for the most delicious sandwiches is ready!
