Today I am making an amazing dessert. Delicious, aromatic and tender, with a crispy crust. Recipe from the simplest products.
I will cook a very big dessert :)
I still have white bread from previous recipes, plus I will need about half a loaf (in total I used 400 grams of bread without crusts, this is 2-2.5 loaves)
I cut the crusts off the loaf and put them in a separate bowl.
I grind some of the bread into crumbs with my hands.
I cut the fresher bread into small pieces.
Grind the crusts in a food processor or grate them on a coarse grater.
Drive 5 eggs into a larger bowl and add a pinch of salt.
I add 100 grams of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar.
I add 50 g of melted butter and shake well with a whisk.
I add 600 ml of milk and stir again with a whisk.
I cut 2 apples into small cubes. I won't peel the apples, but that's up to you. I send the sliced apples to the bread.
I also send 100 grams of raisins here. I mix well so that the apples and raisins are evenly distributed.
I spread all this huge mass on a baking sheet and level it. I pre-greased the baking sheet with butter.
Distribute the fill evenly on top.
I add 1 tablespoon of sugar, chopped walnuts and 50 grams of melted butter to the crushed bread crusts.
Stir quickly and distribute evenly over the surface of the dessert. I send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. I have a convection oven.
The pudding is ready, the flavor for the whole apartment! Be sure to check the readiness for a dry toothpick. Let it cool, cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
This dessert is definitely enough for everyone :)
