Today I am preparing a wonderful, very simple and quick snack. Like absolutely everyone, both adults and children. Disappears from the table in minutes!
I'll start with the chicken breast. I cut the breast into long strips.
I add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the chicken breast.
Two large cloves of garlic squeezed through a press.
I add two teaspoons of honey.
A little more lemon pepper.
Mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
I put the frying pan to warm up, pour in a little vegetable oil. I take each piece out of the marinade and roll it in corn flour.
I spread the boneless pieces in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
As soon as the piece is gilded from below, I turn it over. The chicken breast itself cooks very quickly, and the marinated one even faster. It is very important not to overexpose, then the pieces will remain very juicy and tasty.
The chicken turns out to be amazingly aromatic, juicy, appetizing, piquant. Try to cook!
