Therefore, already now, on the eve of the holidays, I want to appeal to all slimming people.
Yes, the holidays. Yes, perhaps someone will cook a lot of delicious and high-calorie food for the family and guests. In such an environment, it is always difficult to restrain yourself.
Difficult, but possible! I do not urge you to abandon the New Year's celebration and deprive yourself of the pleasure of trying delicious dishes with everyone.
But let's still prioritize. Do you want to lose weight, improve your well-being? To do this, you need to control yourself and feel the measure.
While there is time, think over your New Year's me and not only for New Year's Eve, but also for the following weekend holidays. Buy food gradually so that there is no surplus of them, so that there is no later: "It's a pity to throw it away, everything is expensive - we milk it "(especially those foods that you usually allow yourself for a holiday, high-calorie products).
Indulge yourself with delicious food on December 31st, January 1st and return to your usual food.
Let's remember that you can try everything, but little by little, showing moderation, and later not regret that 5 kilograms flew in in a few days.
We always remember that the main thing for us, what is our goal, and do not put ourselves obstacles in achieving it.
For myself, I have built the following plan for the New Year holidays:
- the purchase of a minimum amount of sweets for New Year's Eve itself is something that you can enjoy during the celebration and that We all love: delicious lightly salted or smoked fish, caviar, expensive cheese, possibly expensive and high-quality sausage or smoked meat. Everything. The rest of the food will be your usual daily meal.
- during the holidays there will also be regular and familiar food plus one a la carte dish of what you want and don't cook often. For example, cake + regular low-calorie food, as we are used to.
You can try to include one dish with a high calorie content in the diet once a day without exceeding the calorie intake.
The point is not to cook everything and a lot at one time and then persistently finish it all in two or three days, so as not to spoil.
Think over your menu in advance for all the holidays, so that later you will not regret the lost result. It seems that there is still enough time, but it flies!

I bought pink salmon on weekends and out of 4 small fish, only one contained caviar. I salted it, of course, last night and today it was ready for use.
They did not wait and clean it up before the holiday (I was afraid that such a caviar of the home-made ambassador could go bad quickly) and ate delicious sandwiches on Sunday morning.
80 g homemade bread, 20 g butter and 40 g caviar - 440 kcal.
In a reminder of recipes today, the most delicate soufflé from fermented baked milk and apple pie with filling:
My snack consisted of coffee with milk (70 g) and salted caramel syrup (20 g) - 110 kcal.
By the way, I still can't show the very geyser coffee maker that I recently purchased on the advice of one of the readers. Now we are drinking delicious and aromatic natural coffee.
By lunchtime, I baked pizza ordered by home and ate it myself, especially since I had free calories from weekdays and I was not in danger of overdoing it.
300 g pizza - 770 kcal.
And for dinner she finished off lentil-tomato soup (400 g) and slightly salted herring (50 g) for 40 g of homemade bread. Went out dinner for 460 kcal. Unfortunately, I photographed the soup, but forgot about the herring on the bread, putting it on the dinner table.
Summary of the day - 1780 kcal.
Plus I tasted a tiny piece of bread, which I made according to Anastasia's recipe.
