I love fast food. When you urgently need to have a snack, and you have no strength left after a working day, such recipes are very helpful. This recipe came about by accident. My husband and I experimented in the kitchen. And now a new casserole has appeared on our menu. The products are the simplest.
HOW TO COOK:
I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. I add eggs. Salt and stir.
I add oatmeal. You can take buckwheat (also delicious). I stir it. You can add another spoonful of sour cream (this makes the casserole even tastier and more tender).
You can add your favorite spices and herbs. I add dill. I spread the resulting mixture into oiled forms. I take the portions. Ceramic or glass.
You can grease the casserole with sour cream on top. But I like it with cheese. It tastes better and bakes better. Cheese on top like a lid))
I put the dish in the microwave at maximum power. I have 800 watts. I bake for 4-5 minutes.
And that's it! The supper is ready! It turns out very tasty! Delicate, fragrant casserole that can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You can make a blank in advance (in the evening), and put it in the microwave in the morning. And a quick breakfast is ready!
