Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I am sharing the recipeCaucasian flatbreads. Why Caucasian, because the recipe was once brought by my mother from the Caucasus. I love to cook, something unusual from ordinary products, and this is exactly the same recipe.

Recipe:

For the test:

Flour -160gr.

Water -100ml.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

For filling:

Kefir -800ml.

Egg -1pc.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Flour -350g.

Green onions -150-200g.

Dill - 20g.

Soda -1 / 2 tsp.

To fill:

Sour cream -200gr.

Egg -1pc.

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Pour 100 ml of room temperature water into a bowl, add half a tsp. salt, mix and gradually add 160 grams of flour.

We knead the dough. We put the dough in a bag while we prepare the filling. Pour 800 ml of kefir into a bowl, it is better to take homemade yogurt, if there is of course. Break 1 egg, add salt. Add 350 grams of flour, chop the onion, the more onion the tastier, about 100-150 grams.

Let's cut some dill here. Add greens to kefir, and add half a tsp. soda. We mix everything well, it turns out that such a mass is not thick, but not liquid either.

Set aside and prepare the fill. We take 200 grams of sour cream, it is better to take a village one, break 1 egg, add salt and mix.

We take the dough and divide it into 4 parts. We make buns and from each bun we roll out a circle into a shape with a diameter of 28 cm. If you have a smaller shape, divide it into 5 parts. The mold must be preheated in the oven to keep it hot. We put in the mold, so that small edges form.

I have a frying pan with a removable handle as a form. Now we put 4 part of the filling, level it and put it in a preheated oven, bake at 250 degrees for 3-4 minutes. As soon as the filling on top grabs, we take it out of the oven and pour 4 parts of the filling.

Be sure to make punctures with a spoon. We put in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes at 250 degrees. As the filling begins to golden, then the cake is ready, you can remove it from the oven. We prepare all the cakes in the same way.

And we fold, covering each other with a towel. Now we cut into pieces and you can enjoy with sweet tea or coffee. Very tasty and beautiful and the most important of the available ingredients.

I treated the guests with these cakes today, they were satisfied.
