✅👌Discovered a new way of baking juicy meat with vegetables. A heat-resistant bag is not required.
✨ The dish turns out not boiled, but baked and incredibly soft.
✨ As a nice bonus, the pitch looks really impressive.
📕 To prepare the dish you will need (for 2 servings): 🥙
Chicken fillet (from breast or legs) - 250-300 g
Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Eggplant - 0.5 pcs.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt, spices

This time I use chicken breast fillet, but you can take another part of the chicken carcass or even another type of meat, or fish. We wash, clean the chicken, cut into small cubes and transfer to a deep bowl. Add oil (depending on the fat content of the meat, you can take from 0.5 to 0.75 tbsp. l.), salt, spices. I seasoned the chicken with dried garlic, dill and hop-suneli. Stir and set aside for now.
We clean the eggplant and pepper, cut the vegetables into cubes. Instead of these vegetables, you can take others that you like best.
We also pour vegetables into a bowl, add spices and salt to taste. I had dry adjika and some garlic. Pour in some oil and mix as well.
Cut the tomato into slices, and the onion into half rings. Having finished with slicing, we proceed to assembling the dish. By the way, now is the time to turn on the oven 180 degrees - let it heat up while we finish the finishing touches. So, take a square sheet of parchment for baking (if the paper is thin, you can take 2 and fold them on top of each other), grease the central part with oil using a cooking brush. Spread half of the onion in the first layer.
Put half of the chicken and vegetables on it.
The last layer is a few slices of tomatoes.
We collect the edges of the paper from above to make a bag, and tie it with a thick thread (twine).
We do the same with the remaining half of the products. Transfer the resulting bags to a baking dish, grease liberally with oil on all sides and put in a hot oven. Cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
A delicious, healthy, juicy and aromatic dinner is ready. There is nothing superfluous in it, and I do not want to add anything.
