Today I want to share a recipe for 4 cups cheese pancakes. If you want to cook something new, then this is what you need. Moreover, everything here is so simple that it’s not easier to come up with, you just need to mix everything and the dough is ready. You can serve with sour cream.

Recipe:
Kefir -1st.
Milk -1 tbsp.
Flour -1 tbsp.
Cheese -1st. (100gr.)
Eggs -2pcs.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Sugar -1 tbsp
Soda -1 / 2 tsp.
Vegetable oil -4 tbsp.
COOKING METHOD
First, rub the cheese on a fine grater. Let's measure out a glass of kefir, milk, flour, cheese. I have a glass of 250 ml.
Pour into a bowl a glass of kefir at room temperature, a glass of milk at room temperature. We break 2 eggs, put 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, half a tsp. soda.
Mix with a whisk, add a glass of flour. Stir, now add a glass of grated cheese and 4 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix the dough ready.
We take a frying pan from me with a diameter of 22 cm. Pour in some dough, distribute evenly and fry on both sides until golden brown.
You need to fry such pancakes over medium heat so that they do not burn. I have 9 modes, I cook on 6 modes.
It turns out to be so delicious and very delicious.
