Green peas - 50 g

Pumpkin - 50 g

Broccoli - 50 g

Green beans - 50 g

Onions - 100 g

Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Water - 1 glass

Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Prepare a food list for cooking rice in Chinese. You can change or supplement the quantity and composition of vegetables, focusing on your taste. Use fresh in season, frozen in cold weather. Buy long-grain rice.

Rinse the peeled onions and pat dry with a napkin. Cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Lower the chopped onion. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Remember to stir with a spatula so that the onions are evenly fried.

Add pumpkin slices, broccoli, green beans, peas and corn to the onions.

All vegetables in this recipe are frozen. They do not need to be defrosted first. If using fresh vegetables, process and chop to the desired size.

Fry over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula.

Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, teriyaki. Pour in boiled water. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Stir and bring to a boil.

Pour the rice into a deep bowl and rinse in cold water until transparent. The water should be changed several times. Place the washed rice grains in the skillet over the sautéed vegetables. The liquid level above the rice should be 1.5-2 cm. Let the contents of the pan simmer.

Then make a low heat, cover and simmer for 15-25 minutes until the rice is cooked. If the liquid has been absorbed during the simmering process, and the rice is not yet ready, add a little boiling water and continue cooking until the desired result.
