This dish has long become a classic for many families in the summer-autumn period, that is, during the ripening season of melons and gourds. Fried zucchini with garlic and tomatoes is cooked in many families, at least I don't know a single one that doesn't. The composition includes several products, but the dish turns out to be so tasty that it is impossible not to love it. Such fried zucchini is served as a cold snack, and due to the way of serving, they do not wind up for a long time and retain their beautiful appearance, which is especially appreciated during long feasts.

Ingredients:
Zucchini - 2 pcs.
Tomato - 4 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Lean oil - 50 g
Parsley - a few twigs
Flour - optional
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Wash the vegetables under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Peel the garlic.
First of all, prepare the sauce with which you will grease the zucchini. Let him insist. So, put sour cream and mayonnaise in a deep bowl. Add finely chopped herbs, garlic pressed through a press, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well. Try it with salt. Set aside the finished sauce.
Cut the courgettes on both sides, cut them into thin long slices. Salt, leave to salt for a minute.
Before frying, I always roll the zucchini in flour. If you don't want extra calories, you can skip this step, but, in my opinion, in flour they fry faster and turn out tastier.
Heat a small amount of refined vegetable oil in a skillet. Place zucchini strips in it. Fry for 1-1.5 minutes on each side.
Be sure to place the fried zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Cut the tomatoes into long pieces. Grease each slice of zucchini with garlic sauce. Put a tomato on it, roll it up. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the squash rolls upright on a flat dish, garnish with fresh herbs and serve. This appetizer can be prepared both for a family dinner and on a festive table.
