Ingredients: Pork neck, medium potato, tomato, greens, onion, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, spices, lemon juice, cheese, vegetable oil

Cooking method:

Prepare food for roasting meat in the oven.

Cut the tomatoes into slices Grate the cheese. Cut potatoes into slices, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into half rings and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut greens finely.

Cut the pork into pieces about 1.5-2 cm thick. Lay the prepared meat on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat it properly. The meat should be beaten on both sides.

Then salt the meat, pepper, add seasonings and grease with mayonnaise.

Grease a baking sheet or any other heat-resistant form with vegetable oil and lay out the beaten meat.

Put the onion on top, grease with mayonnaise, then mayonnaise potatoes, mayonnaise tomatoes.

We put in the oven for 40 minutes, the potatoes should become soft, and the meat should be fried. In the process of baking for 20 minutes, reduce the fire.

When the potatoes become soft, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese on top. We put in the oven for 10 minutes.

We take it out of the oven and set the table.
