If you haven't tried frying cheese yet, then this time has come! The crispy crust on the outside hides the delicate cream cheese. You can't help but like it! An excellent snack for gatherings with friends or for a festive table.
Try to cook it too! It is quite possible to do this at home, because all products are quite affordable.
Ingredients:
- Suluguni cheese - 200 gr.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
To make grilled cheese, prepare all the required ingredients.
Cut the cheese into pieces. These can be triangles, cubes, sticks.
Prepare two deep bowls for breading. Break eggs into one of them, and pour breadcrumbs into the other. Whisk the eggs a little until they turn into a homogeneous mass.
Dip the pieces of cheese first in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat the breading of the egg crumbs a couple more times. Thanks to this, a dense layer of breading is formed around the cheese and it will not spread during frying.
Pour vegetable oil into a small but deep frying pan and heat it well until hot. Top with breaded cheese.
Fry it on all sides until golden brown.
Frying is very fast, so do not leave the pan unattended to avoid burning the cheese.
Prepare a separate plate and cover it with paper towels. Put the finished cheese on it. This is necessary to remove excess oil.
Fried suluguni is ready.
Help yourself to hot grilled cheese.
Bon Appetit!
This cheese appetizer is served hot. So, when bitten, the cheese flows out smoothly. If the pieces have cooled down and the cheese has frozen, then heat them a little in the microwave and they will melt again.
This dish came to us from Georgian cuisine. And suluguni cheese is ideal for frying - it melts very gently and does not burn.
