To cook delicious creamy chicken in the oven, select the foods listed. You can cut the chicken carcass into portions or use sets of drumsticks, thighs, and other parts. But it's better - not lean fillet, but meat on the bone. I will say that the recipe is true not only for the oven, but also for the top fire of the stove.
We pre-wash the chicken legs with cold water, cut off excess fat, dry with a paper towel. We put it in a hot, lean refined oil (corn, sunflower or other varieties) in a spacious frying pan or cauldron. Fry until light blush at moderate temperature. To prevent the chicken from sticking, it must be dry before frying.
Turn over and let the crust brown on the back.
For a sweet note and mouth-watering aroma, throw in carrots and garlic chopped into thin slices. At your request, different vegetables and root crops are suitable here. For example, celery, parsnips, fennel, onions. Salt, pepper.
Fill the bird with vegetables with liquid milk cream - boil, install the lid (or cover with a sheet of foil) and send it to the oven, which is hot by that time. Simmer at 170 degrees for about 1 hour. If evaporating quickly, add more cream.
