Delicious, juicy, hearty and elegant Parochka salad, it does not require impregnation, you can eat it right after cooking! The main ingredients are a couple: chicken fillet and red caviar. Try it - it's delicious!
Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken fillet
- 100 gr Red caviar
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1/2 bunch Green onions
- 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Steps
Chop the green onions finely. I disassemble the boiled chicken fillet into fibers. I add onion and 1 tbsp to the meat. mayonnaise. I mix everything. I divide it into about 2 parts.
I combine boiled eggs with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. sour cream, a little pepper. I interrupt everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass. I fill a pastry bag. I cut off the edge of the bag.
I collect the salad in layers. I put half of the meat in the first layer. The second layer is egg. The third layer is red caviar. I leave 1 tbsp. caviar for decoration. I put meat in the fourth layer. The fifth layer is the egg mass, only in a circle I put a cutting for cookies in the shape of a heart.
I fill the heart with caviar, then take it out, take off the ring and you're done! Such a salad does not require impregnation, you can treat yourself right away!
