To lose weight - you should eat. The phrase everyone knows who has studied the issue a little weight loss. There is no such diet that is stuck in their heads since the mountain - nutritionists, tips shove a cabbage and boiled chicken breast.

I was also one of those who starved himself and killed the stomach diets. And then return all of their dumped kgs double.

But I managed to rethink your diet and understand the basic principles of an effective weight loss.

1. You need to eat to lose weight. With that and the fats and carbohydrates, and, of course, squirrels.

2. Need to spend more energy - than we get from food. (This is either a calorie deficit or good exercise. But best of all reasonable combination of calorie deficiency and physical education).

Only by adhering to a caloric deficit, about proper nutrition and physical education in the home, I was able to lose weight 52 kg weight and reach, which mnya not seen since the institute's youth. And I do not stop and continue losing weight.

Breakfast - fried eggs from an egg, avocado (50 g) and the sandwich on whole wheat bread (20 g) with pate tuna and avocado (35 g) - just 325 kcal.

The operation of a snack in the same pate with avocado and tuna (70 g) in amaranth loaves (20 g) with cherry tomatoes. Snack turned on 195 kcal.

Yesterday, I experimented and tried to prepare libzhe proximal to okoloPP and less caloric than ever.

I must say that the problem with a more useful treatment products I have the right, but the caloric content still get not as low as we would like. But libzhe is satisfying that the 300 grams of it is enough for one meal, but it is less than 300 kcal. In my opinion a wonderful experiment turned out. Tasty, useful and excellent KBZHU.

For lunch platter libzhe (300 g) and a few vegetables (tomato and cucumber 30g 50g). The result was a hearty and delicious meal on 290 kcal.

And for dinner I made in my spare time ratatouille with vegetables and chicken cutlet. It was very tasty. And most importantly spend time cutting products, ratatouille collection and sent it in the oven. All! You can go about their business and wait for dinner.

In the end, the day was on 1180 kcal. Taking into account that yesterday calories I had too much, today I deliberately chose a lower-calorie diet in order to equalize the weekly rate of caloric content.

With regards BZHU the day turned out: B - 111, F - 60, U - 70.
