Vegetable soup with beans

Cook a soup can on the mushroom or vegetable broth.

prepare potatoes (Baked or boiled).

Supply water to gas. Eve beans soaked in cold water. Drain. Once again, rinse beans and dipped in boiling water.

Add celery, cut into 2 parts. Then it can be removed and discarded. Cover with a lid and cook until half cooked.

Wash and peel vegetables. All cut into sticks or grate.

Check the beans on availability. The cooking time depends on the bean varieties and of its size.

Remove celery and add a little water. Again bring to a boil.

Put the cabbage. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer cabbage 7-8 minutes.

Fry the onions in the pan. Add the carrots and cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Put out 3-4 minutes and season with salt.

Share vegetables in a pan and bring to boil.

After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

To taste and, if desired, add sugar or spices.

Bring to the boil and put herbs and garlic.

Soup is ready!

Turn off the gas, close the lid and leave for an hour.
