Incredibly simple and addictive breakfast recipe. It does not weigh down from early morning, while the aftertaste accompanies until the end of the day. The basic recipe is subject to change and experimentation. #breakfast #sweet #dessert #cottage cheese #yogurt
Ingredients: pear, tea hibiscus strawberry, rosemary, lemon, sweetener, thick yogurt or cottage cheese, cherries or other fruits (plums/strawberries/blueberries…), homemade granola
Cooking method:
Peel the pear, lower it into boiling water so that it completely covers. Add tea (2 bags) and sweetener (I have 3 tablets) to it. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, or until desired tenderness
At this time, squeeze half a lemon into a thrush and put on the stove. Add a spoonful of water, zest of half a lemon, half a sprig of rosemary and sweetener to taste (I have 2 tablets). Boil for 10 minutes, or until 1/3 of the liquid has evaporated
Place yogurt or cottage cheese on a plate, pour lemon juice with rosemary. Put pears next to it (you can cool it in advance so that the sour milk does not heat up from the pears). Put the cherry and sprinkle the whole thing with homemade granola.
