Preparing this jelly cake with raspberries is not difficult at all and you will not spend a lot of time on cooking either. The main thing is to let it freeze well. Therefore, I strongly advise you to cook jelly cakes the day before.

Ingredients:
Crimson layer:
- raspberries - 250 g
- raspberry jelly - 1 pack (90 g)
- water - 300 ml
Yoghurt layer:
- yogurt (sour cream) - 1 l
- sugar - 1 cup (200 ml)
- water - 150 ml
- gelatin - 40 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- raspberries (for decoration) - 100-150 g
Step by step recipe
1. We take 300 ml of water and pour 1 pack of raspberry jelly into it. We mix everything. I have a pack of jelly for 400 ml of water. For more stability of the jelly, I reduced the amount of water. Leave for 10 minutes to swell the gelatin.
2. The gelatin in the jelly is already swollen, we put it on a small fire. We melt everything, stirring constantly. Remove the jelly from the heat and leave to cool.
3. Take a half-liter bowl and put 250 g of fresh raspberries in it. We fill everything with jelly cooled to room temperature. Dip the raspberries completely in jelly and set them in the refrigerator to freeze for at least 2 hours.
4. The raspberry jelly is already frozen.
Frozen raspberry jelly, put in hot water for 10 seconds. Immediately turn it over to the bottom of the baking dish.
5. Prepare the yoghurt jelly and put the raspberry jelly in the refrigerator.
6. Pour 40 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 150 ml of water. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.
7. Pour 1 liter of plain yogurt into a bowl. It is desirable that the yogurt is already warmed up a little at room temperature, and not too cold. Pour 1 glass of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar here. Mix everything until smooth.
8. The gelatin is already swollen. We dissolve it in the microwave in impulses for 10 seconds, stirring after each time. The gelatin should heat up to about 40-50 degrees.
9. Pour 2 tablespoons into the melted gelatin. prepared yogurt with sugar and mix everything. This is done in order to slightly equalize the temperatures of the liquids. This eliminates the likelihood that the jelly will go in lumps in the yogurt.
10. Pour the resulting mixture into the remaining yogurt in a small stream. While constantly stirring.
11. We take out the prepared raspberry jelly from the refrigerator and place the sides of the baking dish. The diameter of my mold is 18 cm. We put the acetate film to increase the height of the mold on the sides and to make it easier to pull out the ready-made frozen cake. If you are not sure that the form is sealed tightly, then tightly wrap it on the outside with cling film.
12. Pour the prepared yogurt mass around the raspberry jelly. White jelly should completely hide the raspberry, then you get a surprise.
We put everything in the refrigerator to freeze. At least 2 hours, or better longer.
13. We take out the frozen cake from the refrigerator. We remove the sides of the form. We carefully rearrange the cake on the dish. Remove the acetate film.
Decorate the top with fresh raspberries. The cake is ready, you can serve it on the table.
