Pie with cabbage and cheese

Ingredients: for the dough: flour, warm water, vegetable oil, live yeast or 10 g instant (dry), sugar, salt, for toppings: cabbage (≈ 1.5 kg), large carrots, large onions, vegetable oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, oregano, hard cheese

Cooking method:

I cook cabbage, first of all, finely chop. I rub the carrots and finely chop the onion.

I fry a third of the carrots with onions in vegetable oil. In parts I add cabbage, salt, so it releases the juice, shrinks and, guaranteed, everything will fit in the pan, and when stirred, it will not crumble.

Then, I send all the carrots to the cabbage, mix. Once again, season with salt, pepper, oregano and bring to readiness.

I roll out the dough, spread the cabbage, on top, slices of thinly sliced ​​\u200b\u200bcheese, you can rub the cheese. I grease with a loose egg and, of course, I give time for the pie to come up. To do this, I preheat the oven to 40-50 ° C and put the mold in it for ten to fifteen minutes. Next, I bake at 180 ° C, 25-30 minutes, of course, be guided by the work of your oven.
