If you have a multicooker in your own kitchen, it will not be difficult to cook beef stew in it. The meat will be tasty, aromatic and very tender, literally melting in your mouth.

Thanks to the vacuum inside the multicooker, it will cook in 50-60 minutes, and not in 2 hours, as it happens when creating a dish on a regular stove. You need a minimum of ingredients and about 10 minutes to rinse and chop, put the meat in a bowl. Then you can go about your business until the sound signal with which the technique will notify you of the end of its work. However, remember that it is advisable to look under the lid of the multicooker at least once or twice, since the liquid in it evaporates very quickly - perhaps you will need to add warm water so that the meat does not burnt.

In general, you are free to add spices or herbs to your taste, use other vegetables or tomato paste, because the classic recipe is universal and easy to change.

Beef - 0.5 kg

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.

Bay leaf - 3 pcs.

Water - 0.7 l

Peel the beef from films and veins using a sharp knife. Wash it in water and cut into medium-sized square pieces.

Peel the onions and rinse in water. Cut the root vegetable into small cubes. If desired, this vegetable can be replaced with green onions, but then it will need to be added a couple of minutes before the dish is ready so that its aroma and taste does not boil out.

Transfer the sliced ​​beef and onion to the multicooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add bay leaves. You can also add other spices or herbs to taste: dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, etc.

Pour in warm water and activate the "Stew" or "Meat" mode on the vehicle board for 50 minutes. Close the cover.

After 10 minutes from the beginning of stewing, open the lid and carefully remove all the foam - when boiling beef, it forms a lot and it is very dark in color. If not removed, it will end up in the broth. Close the cover again.

Wait for the vehicle's sound signal. As soon as it sounds - carefully open the multicooker, trying not to get scalded by the steam, and taste the cooked dish. Correct it if necessary.
