Warm salad with beef

Such a salad can be prepared on a weekend, served for a festive feast or on weekdays to please loved ones meat-eaters. Choose fresh beef flesh without fat, hard layers, and pre-freezing. Feel free to supplement with your favorite vegetables, salad leaves and seasonings.

Ingredients:

Beef - 400 g

Purple bow - 1 pc.

Honey - 30 ml

Walnut - 50 g

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Greens - 70 g

Chili sauce - 40 g

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

To prepare a nice warm salad with beef, take the ingredients from the list. We wash all fresh vegetation in cold water, remove the remnants of soil, dust and dry it on paper or a cloth towel. Next, we tear off the leaves from unnecessary stems, but do not cut, but leave them whole.

Rub a clean layer of beef with salt, put it on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil - any refined vegetable that does not smoke when frying is suitable. We fry the semi-finished product from both sides to the desired degree of roasting.

Let me remind you that steak is divided into:

  • well done (well done - without a pink layer, completely steamed meat);
  • almost fried (medium well - with a pale pink layer);
  • medium roasted (medium - with a moderate pink layer);
  • lightly fried (medium rare - with a brighter layer);
  • with blood (rare).

We keep the meat on the fire for the last minute, cover with honey and ground pepper. We shift to the side, do not cool the pan.

In the remains of butter, honey and the released meat juice, pass the red onions chopped into rings and walnut kernels. We crush the nuts not too finely, so that the texture is felt. Caramelize the onion with nuts for about 1 minute and immediately remove from the stove.

On a flat and spacious plate, use a brush to draw strips of chili sauce or another favorite of yours.

Cut the hot beef into slices of the same thickness and carefully place in the center of the dish.

The final touch is bright greenery. We decorate the warm salad with a heap of juicy vegetation. All. No side dish of potatoes, cereals, pasta is needed here.
