Put sour cream on the egg mass. For a cocktail salad, divide it into two parts - 1.5 tbsp each. into each glass. Season with salt and pepper.
By the way, the layers of the salad can be swapped. For example, put the grated cucumber mass down, and red caviar on the eggs. The top layer must remain unchanged for the dish to look visually appealing.
