Since the main ingredient of the dish is high in calories, the salad itself turns out to be very high in calories - best of all serve it at lunchtime or as a snack, but not for dinner, if you are on a diet or correct nutrition.

Fresh cucumbers, spinach, dill, cottage cheese, sour cream or thick classic yogurt go well with red caviar. All these products do not clog her taste, but on the contrary, emphasize it.

You can create a layered salad on a platter, or lay it out in layers in serving bowls, glasses. For impregnation, use any kind of sour cream or lean mayonnaise. The shelf life of the dish is a day, but only when stored in the refrigerator.

Boil chicken eggs in advance for 12-15 minutes from the moment they boil in salted water. Then immediately transfer them to a container of ice water and cool for 20 minutes. Peel and rinse so that not a single piece of shell gets into the dish. Grate with fine mesh. Put the grated eggs on a dish in a shaping ring or in bowls, glasses.

Put sour cream on the egg mass. For a cocktail salad, divide it into two parts - 1.5 tbsp each. into each glass. Season with salt and pepper.

By the way, the layers of the salad can be swapped. For example, put the grated cucumber mass down, and red caviar on the eggs. The top layer must remain unchanged for the dish to look visually appealing.

Rinse fresh cucumbers in water, rinsing off dust, dirt and thorns. Cut off the ponytails on both sides, grate the vegetables with a fine mesh grater.
