Ingredients:
Dough:
- 250 gr flour
- 200 ml of kefir
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling:
- large bunch of green onions
- 3 eggs
- salt

Delicious and easy-to-prepare kefir cakes! Great breakfast, picnic snack or takeaway. Instead of smoked brisket, you can add bacon, ham or sausage. Add other herbs or garlic to the green onions. If the cakes are fried in a dry frying pan, then, if desired, you can grease with a piece of butter.
