We bake the assorted beef pulp and vegetables in the oven - without frying, mix the slices with delicious seasoning, pack them in a "sleeve" and send them to simmer in the oven for an hour. Even tough meat and tough root vegetables pass through in pairs and turn into a delicious roast according to a simplified recipe.

Ingredients:
Beef - 300 g
Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 50 g
Garlic - 3 teeth.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Satsebeli sauce - 50 g
Vegetable oil - 20 ml
Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:
To roast beef with vegetables in the oven, select the foods listed. Of course, the vegetable set is easy to change, expand, adding seasonal crops and frozen mixes.
In addition to beef fillet, chicken, pork, lamb are suitable. If the Satsebeli sauce suggested by the recipe is not to your liking, include tomato paste, other sauces and concentrates for similar dishes.
Cut clean and dry beef into cubes of approximately the same size, but not too finely. The slicing is the same as for any gravy, meat stew. Separate very tough layers and excess fat if necessary.
Replacing with chicken or rabbit, you can leave the meat on the bone - cut the carcass into pieces.
Peeling vegetables, we also cut them, focusing on natural hardness. So, chop the roots, root vegetables such as carrots, celery, parsnips a little thinner, smaller (for example, straws or small bars). The potato has time to fully soften in an hour, so it is enough to cut it into quarters or even halves. Leave the garlic cloves whole crushed. Chop the zucchini into 1 cm circles, the onion into cubes.
Add beef cuts to the vegetable mix, and then add a sauce with an expressive aroma, bright taste and pungency (Satsebeli or other). Pour in oil, if necessary, throw in an additional pinch of salt.
Stir so as to cover each vegetable, all the pieces of meat.
Trambuya, fill a suitable refractory container with beef and vegetables.
We pack in a baking sleeve or install a lid - moisture will be fully released due to sauce, juices and oil. We put the dish on a pallet in an already preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, bake the dish at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Decorate with fresh herbs and serve hot beef with vegetables.
