A few days ago I have tested in practice a new prescription under the intriguing title "Cake of the liver." Baptism of fire at the dinner table, this dish our family was successful. Husband jokingly advises not to tell the way of making this cake, if I want to remain in the stores at least a little of the liver. Of course, I did not listen, and as always :) I enclose detailed step by step cooking instructions.
1. Twist in a meat grinder raw beef liver (600-700 grams).
2. Adding to the liver Egg (1 x), milk (6 tablespoons), salt pepper (taste) and mix thoroughly.
3. On the hot frying pan with vegetable oil from our stuffing bake pancakes (bake for 2 minutes on each side). It turns out 6-7 pancakes.
4. finely cut chives (500-600 grams) and overcook on butter (100 g).
5. The onions add mayonnaise (200 grams) and stir.
6. Putting the cake, we coat all the layers of an onion stuffed with mayonnaise.
7. At the top layer slightly rub cheese (20 grams) for decoration.
