Apple and Nut Strudel is a type of apple pie. It can be prepared according to different recipes, where the dough and the composition of the filling are different. Today we are preparing a strudel from ready-made puff pastry. We supplement the apples with walnuts, sugar and bread crumbs.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 500 gr.

Apples - 2 pcs.

Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Sugar - 7 tablespoons

Flour - 2 tablespoons

Walnuts - 100 gr.

Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp.

Egg - 1 pc.

To bake strudel with apples and nuts in the oven, prepare the required foods.

Wash the apples, peel the top, remove the inside. Cut into small pieces, place in a deep container.

Sprinkle the apples with sugar (2 tablespoons), cinnamon and flour.

Stir the mixture thoroughly. Set aside for a while for the apples to juice up; this will take about 20 minutes.

Chop the kernels finely with a knife or chop with a blender, getting pieces of different sizes. Combine them with the breadcrumbs and the rest of the sugar in a separate bowl.
