A safe way to quickly satisfy hunger or replenish energy reserves after exercise is to drink a nutritious cottage cheese smoothie. For aroma, taste and color, we choose berries in addition to our cocktail: fresh seasonal or from frozen stocks. For example, the unique black currant is perfect in any form.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 100 g
Milk - 200 ml
Black currant - 30 g
Honey - 30 g

Step 1 - To make a curd smoothie at home, take the foods listed. Let me remind you that the drink is consumed immediately after beating. Calorie content can be changed, it all depends on the fat content of cottage cheese, milk (or kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt, yogurt), added sweetness. Fatty curd will give the best flavor, silky texture, but replace with low fat if necessary. If blackcurrants are too acidic for you, increase the honey / sugar portion or make a smoothie with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, other sweet berries or fruits. In addition, you can increase the nutritional value through oatmeal, cereals, dried fruits, dried berries.
Step 2 - It is clear that the berries (any fruit-fruit) must be clean. If necessary, remove leaves, branches, rinse and rinse. Berries frozen clean are suitable for whipping immediately, without prior thawing. In addition to giving the smoothie aroma and natural color, it instantly cools with them. Dip the black currant into a container and grind until a granular or homogeneous gruel.
Step 3 - Next, add soft crumbled curd and continue kneading. Perhaps the mass will turn out to be thick, dense - then gradually add milk (or another liquid of your choice). For this smoothie, anything that is absorbed with cottage cheese is suitable.
Step 4 - Having received a viscous curd-berry mixture, dilute with the remaining milk to the desired consistency.
Step 5 - Try it, pour in as much liquid honey as you need and just shake it, mix all the layers from bottom to top. The curd smoothie is ready to eat. If you need a very cold shake, toss in some ice cubes.
Step 6 - Pour the smoothie with cottage cheese and black currant into a convenient glass, decorate with a mint branch if desired and serve without delay.
