The liver is one of the most beneficial products for our body, it contains a large amount of iron, calcium, zinc and other minerals necessary for a person. Pork liver rightfully takes the palm, because it is much easier to digest than even chicken. I will not talk too much about the benefits, I just recommend that you cook and eat it at least once a week - you will become much healthier without additional expensive vitamins.

Ingredients:

Pork liver - 400 g

Carrots - 70 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Parsley - 5 branches

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare pork liver fried with onions, prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Peel the vegetables, wash them under running water, dry them. Peel the offal from films and vessels, soak for 30 minutes in cold water. Then drain the water, dry the liver thoroughly with paper towels.

2. Heat refined odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion chopped into small cubes. Fry until soft and translucent.

3. Cut the carrots into any thin slices, you can even grate them on a coarse grater. Add it to the onion pan, reduce heat and cook vegetables over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

4. Cut the pork liver into thin but large slices, put in a pan with vegetables, fry on both sides until lightly golden brown. Now the most important thing is not to turn the offal into rubber. Stir constantly to cook the liver evenly. It shouldn't take more than 7 minutes. When the liver slices turn white, and when punctured, any juice ceases to be released, it is ready.

5. Now salt and pepper the dish, add fresh herbs chopped with a knife. Stir, turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and let the cooked dish sit for a few minutes before serving.

6. Pork liver, fried with onions, ready.

It will be most delicious to serve the liver prepared in this way with mashed potatoes or boiled rice, but with buckwheat or pasta it is also always very tasty. It will also be good to serve homemade pickles or fresh vegetables with it - you already choose this to your liking.
