This salad is very satisfying and nutritious due to the main components, namely beans and chicken. In addition, it is complemented with spicy croutons, which are easy to prepare yourself using spices.
It is better to use canned beans, they are softer and more tender than boiled beans. For juiciness, vegetables must be added to the salad, tomatoes are perfect. The recipe uses chicken fillet, but you can use another part of the chicken - boneless pulp.
The salad with beans and chicken perfectly saturates the body and provides it with the necessary vitamins. It is better to eat such a dish in the morning, as it can weigh down the stomach.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 250 gr.
Canned beans - 100 gr.
Tomato - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 100 gr.
Baton - 2 pieces
Ground garlic - 0.5 tsp
Provencal herbs - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp
Parsley - 30 gr.
Mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Put canned beans from a jar into a colander, rinse under running water, ridding the beans of the sticky marinade. After all the liquid has drained off, transfer the beans to a deep container.
Boil the eggs in advance. Refrigerate, peel, cut into large cubes. Grind hard cheese in a similar way. Add the prepared ingredients to the beans.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until soft. The approximate cooking time for meat is 15 minutes after boiling water. Do not cook longer, otherwise the fillet will become tough.
Cool the chicken completely, cut into medium pieces, throw into a container.
Rinse the tomato, chop into pieces, add to the main composition. Do not chop very finely, otherwise most of the juice will drain.
Season the mixture with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper, stir.
Cut the loaf into small squares. Place bread slices in a preheated pan, add a few drops of vegetable oil, sprinkle with spices and salt. Fry for a few minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Then remove the pan from the heat, but leave the bread inside so that it solidifies completely. As a result, you will have spicy croutons.
Rinse the greens, chop finely. Add it to salad and stir.
It is better to serve the dish right after cooking so that the tomatoes do not let the juice flow. It is supplemented with croutons immediately before use. Sprinkle them on top of the salad, you do not need to mix.
Chicken salad with canned beans can be used as a full meal, without side dishes or other dishes.
