In continuation of a series of recipes for a multicooker, I hasten to share a wonderful recipe for loose rice with vegetables. The dish is so versatile that it suits any occasion. This is a lean option, therefore it is relevant for fasting people and people who do not eat meat. Rice can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.
Any vegetables you prefer will do. These can be fresh seasonal mixes or ready-made frozen mixes. The only product I would not recommend using is potatoes. The dish will look prettier and brighter if you take vegetables that are contrasting in color.
The number of products is optional. The main thing is to observe the proportion of rice and water. It should be 1: 1.5.

Ingredients:
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Green peas - 100 grams
Corn - 100 grams
Green beans - 100 grams
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Spices to taste
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 4.5 cups
Rice - 3 cups
Course of action:
I am preparing the necessary set of products. There is no need to defrost vegetables beforehand.
Dice the carrots and onions.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add chopped vegetables.
I turn on the technique. In the "Menu" mode, I select the "Fry" function. The time set by the machine is 15 minutes. Since it is necessary to lightly brown the vegetables, 5 minutes is enough. With the lid open, fry the onions with carrots, stirring occasionally. After the time expires, I turn it off.
I add spices and salt to vegetables.
I wash the rice well and put it on a sieve so that the excess water is glass.
I shift the cereals to the browned vegetables. I add water, add salt if necessary.
In the "Menu" of the multicooker, I select the function "Groats" and cook the dish for 35 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the program, I open the lid and put the remaining frozen vegetables on top of the rice. I continue cooking in the set mode.
As soon as the set time expires, the multicooker will give a signal. Gently mix the finished dish so that the vegetables are evenly distributed.
Rice with vegetables is ready.
