I think many of us often paid attention to giant shrimp in the freezer department, but only ignorance of the rules for their preparation stopped us from buying. In fact, langoustines are prepared quite simply and there are, fortunately, a huge number of recipes. Today I will show you one of the easiest and most delicious ways at home - in a grill pan.
Ingredients:
- Langoustines - 500 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
- Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ch.m. pepper - taste
- Hot pepper - optional
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Defrost Lagnustinov in advance at room temperature.
Always take the seasoning only powder, do not use herbs in any case. During grilling, they will all burn out and the finished dish will taste very bitter.
Look at the heads of langoustines, if something dark appears under the shell - it's bile. If you do not remove it, then the finished seafood will be bitter and thus spoil the delicacy. Many heads are ripped off and thrown away, but the beautiful appearance of these huge shrimps can be preserved. Lift the carapace by the tail and thoroughly wash out all the bile, easily done with a teaspoon handle.
Fold the shrimp into a deep container, squeeze out the lemon juice, add garlic passed through a press or grated on a fine grater.
Add seasoning, ground black pepper, some salt, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Hot pepper can be added to taste if desired. Stir very gently and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan, place the langoustines on it. Cook them for at least 3 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade from time to time with a silicone brush.
Place the finished langoustines on a large flat dish and serve. You can put a couple of lemon wedges for lovers.
