Good day, good mood and an early sunny spring!

And necessarily tasty and satisfying weight loss!

Thinks such weight loss is not possible? But I and the regular subscribers of my blog know what is possible, and have already proved it with our own example.

Calorie deficiency and proper nutrition are doing their job!

Do you still believe in miraculous diet pills? There is no such thing! We make ourselves, overcoming our laziness and leaving our comfort zone.

Now I can say with confidence that everything is possible, even to lose 60 kg in less than 2 years without breakdowns, hunger and delicious, arranging loading days for yourself, cheat cute, picnics with barbecue, going to cafes and celebrating family holidays.

Although 2 years ago I thought the same way as you are, yes, yes, you are the one who reads now and does not believe that this is possible.

And I'll move on to my menu for today.

Breakfast today is one of my favorites - scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese. Well, as one of your favorites - I don’t eat what I don’t like, perhaps all my breakfasts are my favorites?)

That's when I was on diets, I tormented myself with hunger - that's when I ate what I can't stand and everything was not good. And now I eat what I want within reasonable limits and cooking less high-calorie - and the result speaks for itself.

So, breakfast - scrambled eggs in lavash with cheese, for which I needed 1 egg, 40 g of lavash and 60 g of suluguni cheese. Happened 370 kcal.

It looks inconspicuous, but very tasty and satisfying.

And green tea at breakfast, although I don't understand why it looks like black in the photo?)

After breakfast I immediately sat down to work.

Since Saturday (and today I am describing my Tuesday), I have never gone outside, because it was impossible to freeze my long-suffering gum after the dentist. But today, having looked at myself in the mirror, I decided that I would not frighten anyone with my appearance and my swollen cheek and that I could run away for a while to breathe and go to the store on the way back.

And I really wanted to go to the store, because I typed in the Magnet stickers and wanted to get a pan at a discount until they were all taken apart.

Having solved the primary business issues, I went for a walk.

And here it is my acquisition:

I don't know about you, but I liked it! I'm glad. We will cook jellied meat in it, a little bit of preparation for the winter.

When I returned, I had a snack.

With a snack, everything was difficult for me. I don’t know why, but lately I really want fish, although I don’t really like it (except lightly salted and smoked - I will never refuse such 😂).

And then I returned home and was madly in love with fish. And I know that I have a piece of salmon in a creamy sauce from yesterday's dinner (it's good when my husband doesn't like red fish👍).

I decided - since the body asks for fish - you need to give it to him and not suffer in dreams of a piece of fish.

Snack - 200 g of fish - 300 kcal.

I allowed myself such a snack, knowing that for lunch there is soup, which is not very high in calories.

And as I said, for lunch I have a plate of pea soup (it's good when I poured it, warmed it and ate it - cooking for a few days always helps).

Pea soup with smoked paprika, which gives the pea soup a smoked flavor (420 g) - 220 kcal.

For dinner, I have a cottage cheese casserole with dried cranberries; there is a video recipe in a reminder below. But today I decided to experiment and did not add flour at all.

Dinner - 200 g casserole - 370 kcal.

Later, after dinner, I ate 100 g of squash caviar - 90 kcal.

Well, I really wanted her, although lately I have been drinking tea with dried fruits in the evening.

In total, 1350 kcal came out in a day.

I definitely drink water. Now I drink about 2-2.2 liters of water. On a fasting glass, before each meal a glass of water and then during the day. I try to drink water every time I see it, I even put it so that I can see it. Thanks to the water, I got rid of the edema.

You are constantly asking about sports.

Nutrition is the main success for my weight loss. Physical activity is in the form of walking (walking - especially at first), cycling and swimming - in the summer, exercises at home to maintain muscle tone. I tried to run, but my sore knee told me - "don't do this" ".

In any case, no sport will help you lose weight if you do not change your approach to nutrition and overeat.

And now girls 56+, read and be proud of yourself! While someone hisses - YOU - do yourself! Make your life easier, more active, longer, and healthier!
