In addition, any young man can make such a cocktail in a matter of minutes, if there is a blender in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
- Milk 3.2% - 200 g
- Curd or curd mass -100 g
- Walnuts - 20 g
- Honey or maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Banana - 100 g
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. In addition, the length of the fruit should be about 20 centimeters or less. If they are longer, they are most often fodder varieties.
