It would seem like an ordinary salad. But with this dressing I really liked it! If you haven't tried it, I recommend it! This salad should also contain radishes. But it turned out to be well, a lot of nitrates, so I decided to soak it thoroughly in water at first)) In general, I cooked it without radish.
I chop all the vegetables. Cucumber, tomato, onion, bell pepper and Chinese cabbage. You can use any crispy salad instead of cabbage.
Grind herbs (dill and parsley). If you like, you can add cilantro. I combine all the chopped vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl.
I fry the walnuts in a pan. Can be put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. I chop about a third of the nuts with a knife, not too finely.
Grind the rest of the nuts in a blender into small crumbs.
In a separate container I combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, black pepper and salt. Mix well. Here - nuts chopped in a blender and finely chopped garlic. The filling is ready. I add it to vegetables.
Stir and serve. It is best to season the salad just before serving.
RECIPE:
• Chinese cabbage - 3 leaves
• Cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
• Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
