Hello friends! Today I am making a wonderful squash pie called flan. Flans are usually eaten chilled and allowed to cool after cooking. But this squash pie was eaten warm, it is so delicious.

Zucchini pie (flan)

  • Finely chop one small onion.
  • I heat up a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. I fry finely chopped onion, then garlic.

(I will add mushrooms to this flan, I have already fried them and I will just put them to the fried onions with garlic.)

I will warm up everything well, as well as salt and pepper.

  • Beat 4 eggs with a hand whisk.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C with convection.

  • I add 100 g of wheat flour and 30 g of grated cheese to the eggs.

Dough kneading

I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, I spread feta to the zucchini (you can take feta cheese).

To this I also add fried mushrooms, who does it with brisket, it means brisket.

I stir the zucchini mass and put the eggs mixed with flour here.

Flan baking

I grease the form with oil and put the squash mass into it.

I put my flan in the oven minutes for 40-45, from above it should become rosy.

The finished flan must be allowed to cool.

But my family does not allow him to cool down, so I have to cut it off while warm.

300 g zucchini
140 g feta
140 g ricotta
4 eggs
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
100 g flour
30 g grated cheese
100 g smoked brisket, bacon or mushrooms
salt to taste
