The smoked sausage and corn salad is one of the most popular on any family holiday table. It is always eaten with gusto and great pleasure, and this is not surprising. In my opinion, all the ingredients are well-chosen in taste and balanced. And for men with strong alcoholic drinks, this salad will be just perfect. On occasion, be sure to prepare it - both your family and guests will like it, I assure you.

Ingredients:

Sausage - 100 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Canned corn - 4 tablespoons

Dill - 5 branches

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Not only smoked sausage is suitable for this dish, but also any other - raw smoked, boiled-smoked, which one you like more. Peel the carrots, wash under running water together with a cucumber, dry with paper towels. Boil the egg after boiling for 8 minutes, no longer, cool in ice water, peel.

2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, grate the carrots on a special grater for cutting Korean vegetables. Place everything in a comfortable deep bowl.

3. Cut your favorite smoked sausage into thin slices, drain the liquid from the canned corn - add to the bowl with the other salad ingredients.

4. Cut the cooled boiled chicken egg into the same slices, finely chop the fresh dill with a knife. We send to the bowl.

5. Salt and pepper, add mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients of the dish thoroughly, they should be well seasoned with sauce.

Serve the prepared salad with smoked sausage and corn as a cold snack immediately after cooking. It is delicious, juicy and incredibly satisfying. Try to cook it at least once - you won't regret it!
