Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

For breakfast at thinking today on yogurt pancakes with rice flour and added a bit of corn, plus 1 egg and a bag of sugar substitute. I always use wholegrain flour.

100g pancakes and 50g chocolate cheese with green tea made my breakfast. Delicious and satisfying, and not as many calories as it might seem at first glance - just 280 kcal. I also do not forget about vitamins and omega - 3.

After such a delicious breakfast even work with a computer is fun.

Yesterday I ready myself vkusnyashek and snack whole wheat bread (30 g) with beetroot paste (70 g) and apple (140 g) cracked his working. Snack left on

230 kcal.

For lunch I had a boiled buckwheat (110 g) and chicken meatballs (100 g). Well, a few vegetables as cucumber (100g).

And to the meatballs I made tomato sauce - just cut it finely and cook in water with black pepper, then add the meatballs to the sauce and warmed them in it. This simple sauce is also very pleasant to me with buckwheat.

Lunch came to 310 kcal.

Dinner today I have an omelette from two eggs with tomato (90 g), prepared on non-stick frying pan.

Dinner came to 260 kcal.

A few hours before bedtime, I ate a box of soft cheese (120 gr) - 90 kcal.

The rate of water drunk - is now the norm for me about 2.8 liters. And I'm from the camp, which is pure green tea includes the water hole) You can have a long discussion on this subject. For myself, I chose the way). But all the same water I get more than green tea.
