Chicken in bacon in the oven turns out juicy and aromatic (it is difficult to dry it)

Chicken baked in bacon is an incredibly aromatic, tasty and externally beautiful dish that can be easily cook for a family for lunch or dinner and guests will not be ashamed at the festive table put. Due to the bacon, the chicken breast turns out to be very juicy and aromatic, it is difficult to dry it out, not to mention the chicken legs - there is always a queue behind them;)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 pc.
  • Seasoning for chicken - 1 tablespoon
  • Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Prunes - 100 g
  • Dry-cured bacon - 40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ch.m. pepper - taste

Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Take chicken not too large, up to 1.5 kilograms in weight, it tastes better and cooks faster. Wash it with the prunes under running water. If the manufacturer has left fat in the abdomen, it is better to remove and discard it.

Sprinkle the inside and outside of the carcass with salt, freshly ground pepper and chicken seasoning.

Drizzle with soy sauce, vinegar. Add some vegetable oil, it will help all the flavors to be absorbed faster into the meat and skin of the poultry.

Rub the chicken with spices and seasonings, leave to marinate for a while.

Place prunes in the belly for a smoked flavor, tie the legs. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Wrap the outermost wing phalanx with foil, otherwise it will burn.

Cut the bacon strips into chicken breast lengths and place them slightly overlapping. Cover the legs with bacon as well.

Send the chicken to a preheated 180-degree oven with top and bottom heating without convection for about an hour. Spread the remaining marinade on the carcass from time to time.

After a while, pierce the breast and thigh with a wooden skewer, if absolutely clean and transparent juice flows out without ichor, the chicken is ready. Place on a flat serving dish and invite your family to the table. Very tasty, aromatic and beautiful, I recommend it.
